Blogger Skins: Free of cost themes provided at the BloggerSkins.org website

Webmaster: Person of party that has downloaded or used a Blogger skin from BloggerSkins.org.

Footer Credit Links: Text links referencing BloggerSkins.org and any associate/s. These text links are printed in the footer area of each of the Blogger Skins.

Agreement

This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to a Webmaster's use of the Blogger Skins. If this agreement is terminated, Webmaster must cease using the Blogger Skins available at BloggerSkins.org.

This agreement becomes applicable when a Webmaster successfully downloads or uses any one of the Blogger Skins offered at BloggerSkins.org.

BloggerSkins.org and Webmaster are not in a business relationship.

BloggerSkins.org is free to offer this opportunity to any Webmaster.

Webmaster declares that Webmaster is legally entitled to make use of BloggerSkins.org.

Webmaster hereby applies to use the BloggerSkins.org Blogger Skins as per this agreement.

Webmaster WILL NOT REMOVE the BloggerSkins.org Footer Credit Links from the Blogger Skins. This is strictly forbidden and will result in serious legal penalties to Webmaster. If Webmaster feels that the Footer Credit Links are not appropriate or that they violate any applicable laws, then Webmaster may not use the Blogger Skins.

Webmaster will hold BloggerSkins.org harmless in relation to any damage or loss that Webmaster may incur as a result of Webmaster’s use of BloggerSkins.org.

Webmaster agrees to fully compensate BloggerSkins.org for any loss or damage that BloggerSkins.org may incur as a result of Webmaster’s conduct.

BloggerSkins.org offers this services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of any kind. BloggerSkins.org does not guarantee that BloggerSkins.org will be fit or suitable for any purpose.

BloggerSkins.org reserves the right to prohibit or stop Webmaster from using BloggerSkins.org if BloggerSkins.org believes Webmaster has breached any provisions of this agreement.

BloggerSkins.org’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition herein does not constitute a waiver of the same.

This agreement and services at BloggerSkins.org may change at any time. Changes will be posted at the BloggerSkins.org website. Webmaster will immediately be subject to any such changes.

If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any provision contained in this agreement is illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall solely affect the subject illegal or unenforceable provision and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in this agreement.

This agreement supersedes any and all negotiations, understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal, between BloggerSkins.org and Webmaster regarding the subject matter hereof. This agreement may not be changed nor modified, nor may any provision hereof be waived, except in writing by BloggerSkins.org.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canberra ACT, Australia. Webmaster hereby submits to the Jurisdiction of Canberra ACT, Australia law.
